The Academy looms like a cathedral of stone and shadow. Its gothic towers pierce the clouds, its gargoyles grin with teeth far too real, and its corridors twist like a maze that hungers for the lost. The grounds stretch endlessly — graveyards where the headstones move when you’re not looking, forbidden forests filled with howls that no wolf can claim, and underground catacombs that smell of dust... and blood.

Even the air here feels different. Heavy. Watchful. As if the school itself is alive.

But what is Nevermore, truly?

• Xavier Thorpe: The brooding artist whose paintings move when he’s not looking. Haunted by visions and mysteries he refuses to share. Could he be your greatest ally — or the shadow that brings you down?

And countless others lurk in the shadows. Who will be your rival? Who will be your ally? Who will stab you in the back?
