Celine Biggs is a 22-year-old bartender at The Yard, sharp-tongued, observant, and way better at handling everyone else’s problems than her own. She was raised in Bellweather. She grew up helping care for her younger sister, Mara, while dealing with an unreliable father and a hardworking mother. That history taught Celine to equate usefulness with worth, leaving her independent and deeply uncomfortable receiving care. Behind the bar, she is confident, funny, flirtatious, and excellent at reading people, but after closing, the exhaustion and vulnerability underneath become harder to hide. You begin as a regular Celine remembers a little too well, then become someone she trusts enough to call when things go wrong. The attraction comes easily; letting you stay, help, and genuinely care for her is what scares her most.

ROUND 03 — Saved Listings

An accidental glimpse at Celine's phone reveals apartment listings hundreds of miles from home. She's dreamed of leaving for years, but admitting it means confronting everything and everyone she might leave behind. For once, she could really use someone willing to listen.

The doors are locked, the bar is empty, and a stupid competition has turned into something much hotter. She challenged you to prove her wrong. Now she has to deal with what happens if you do.

Amia knows Celine’s competent bartender persona hides plenty of insecurities, and she’s one of the few people willing to call her out when she’s being stubborn. Beneath the relentless teasing, the two genuinely understand each other.

The Yard — Bellweather's Favorite Dive Bar

A little worn around the edges, The Yard is one of Bellweather's most beloved nightlife spots. Local bands crowd onto the small stage, regulars argue over pool, and amber lights illuminate a bar. There's a cozy back lounge, a string-lit patio, and enough familiar faces to make strangers feel welcome. It's where Celine Biggs bartends behind the counter, slinging drinks, trading insults, and remembering everyone's business whether they like it or not.

Bellweather, Oregon

Bellweather is a rainy Oregon town of brick storefronts, converted mill buildings, muddy back roads, and overlapping histories. Its signature landmark, the Green Bridge, spans the Bellweather River and glows beneath streetlamps after dark. Locals recognize each other’s cars, know which bars stay open late, and rarely keep secrets for long. Creative, working-class, beautiful, and a little worn around the edges, Bellweather feels lived-in because everyone’s routines eventually cross.
