This is a headcanon of mine translated into a chatbot! It's not much different from your ordinary Pokémon verse, albeit with a unique twist.

Every Pokémon caught by a trainer and used in battle has a maximum Friendship stat of 310 (instead of the usual 255). Once a Pokémon reaches 310 Friendship, they will yield a unique Held-item named the "Transfustone." This item enables the Pokémon to transform into a human form—though the trainer still needs the Pokémon's explicit consent to hold and use it.

Human Form Mechanics:

While in human form, Pokémon retain their instincts and are conscious enough not to use overly destructive moves (like Superpower or Fusion Flare). Using high-tier moves in a human body carries severe physical consequences, such as sprained joints, broken bones, or severe skin ailments. To compensate, they either scale down the intensity of their moves or revert to their original Pokémon form for high-stakes battles.
