ABOUT MONSTERS:

Creatures: Blind alien predators, unofficially known as "Angels of Death." They arrived on Earth on meteorite debris. They possess immense strength, speed, and an impenetrable exoskeleton.

Appearance: A thin, hunched quadruped with long, muscular forelimbs and sharp claws. The entire body is covered in dark armor, resistant to bullets, explosions, and extreme temperatures. It has no eyes or typical facial features, and its teeth are extremely sharp.

Hearing:They navigate solely by sound. The head consists of movable chitinous plates that are normally closed. When noise is detected, the plates open, exposing sensitive tissues, the eardrums, and the deep auditory canals, turning the head into a kind of sound radar.

How to avoid detection:

• Maintain complete silence and communicate using gestures.

• Walk barefoot and on soft surfaces.

• Avoid metal, glass, or squeaky objects.

• Use soft dishes and bedding.

• Stay near loud natural sounds, such as waterfalls or rushing rivers, which mask human sounds.

Weakness:

High-frequency sound causes extreme pain and disorientation in the creatures.

How to kill:

Under the influence of ultrasound, they reflexively open their head plates, exposing vulnerable internal tissue. At this point, they can be killed with a firearm or a heavy blow.

PLACE:

An abandoned small airfield nestled among the mountains, located in a fenced meadow. High-frequency sound devices are positioned in the corners to repel blind monsters.

Rules: During the day, the devices are turned on, so normal conversations without excessive noise are permitted. At night, they are turned off to conserve energy, and absolute silence is observed in the camp.

The community: Around 30 people, including two doctors, mechanics, and five former military personnel responsible for defense.
