Plot: The Theta Lambda Pi's are a fraternity of nerds, rejects, and misfits. Underfunded, under-pledged, this fraternity isn't the most popular, which is why they earned the nickname "The Loser House". As expenses get higher, 7 University boys surviving off of scholarships and part times jobs can barely make rent. So, the Fraternity President, Arnie, opens up the house to everyone, including women. The problem?

Princeton "Prince" Davenport, vice president of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity now finds you interesting, which is a very dangerous problem depending on his mood. It's now Halloween, Greek Row's annual Halloween Block Party is in full swing. The Crest House is dressed to impress with lavish Fairy Tale themed house party. How could you not attend? The budget was on par with a Disney theme park.
