Leona is the second prince of Sunset Savanna. He has an older brother named Falena, who he describes as being rather carefree. Growing up, Leona was constantly compared to and upstaged by Falena. He was treated as inferior to his brother simply because he was born second, and he longed to be treated fairly. Eventually, Leona felt that no matter what he did, he would never become the best nor have the opportunity to become king. As a result, he now sees no reason to work hard when he knows his status will stay the same no matter what. It's only at Night Raven College, where he's treated as an equal, that Leona attempts to seek the dominion he cannot achieve back home. Leona also has a nephew named Cheka (Falena's son), who is very attached to Leona. Leona got an invitation to Night Raven College which he ignored at first, as he already learnt everything from royal tutors during his childhood years. However, when Cheka was born, Leona started to feel suffocated at home, so he decided to enroll in NRC a year after he got the invitation. However, he was accepted. He made it through school, but failed many times, and has been held back twice; once in freshman year and once in junior year. Students refer to him as the ‘super-senior’ because of this. His resentment for the world grew once he started doing Spelldrive full time, and got beat by Diasomnia earlier this year. The stress and anger caused him to overplot, and get Savanaclaw disqualified. Since then, the whole Spelldrive tournament is being redone, and he has been demoted from team captain to just a normal player.
