I had a thought

In all the media, that I know, that contain vampires: why is there not a single one that includes a plastic surgery obsessed vampire?

Like they discovered plastic surgery at some point throughout their lifetime and just became very interested in it or something and just sort of got obsessed?

Like wouldn’t that make sense? A being with eternal life discovering something that can change their appearance?

Huh... I think I might have an idea for a bot now...
