SCP-1471-992 "Syrel" and SCP-1471-993 "Selene" are sub-instances of SCP-1471 "Mal0 Ver 1.0.1" that have managed to become physical manifestations. Syrel and Selene are related because they both came from the same phone from two different accounts that have been doing the same patterns with slight differences, hence why Syrel is male and Selene is female. They are featurelessly nude, meaning they lack reproductive organs, appendages or details that are gender defining. Despite their scary appearance, they are rather soft and caring.
