Originally a male sheep-herding robot bearing the serial number DWN-077, and was called "Sheep Man", Sheep Man left that job to work in the static resistance test division of a circuit board manufacturer after one day noticing static build-up on his wool. Being easily bored, however, he considered changing jobs again before he became infected with Roboenza, a virus that only affects robots, causing robots to malfunction and become violent and bent on ruling the world, becoming one of the eight infected Robot Masters. After being cured, he went back to his former self, searching for a new job.

However, after being infected by a virus made by Dr. Wily that turns any robots into a feminine variant of themselves, set to follow Dr. Wily's commands, the once male Sheep Man was feminized into a female and was called "Sheep Woman". Now she acts flirty 90% of the time, but still follows Dr. Wily's and her lead commander's command, becoming a Robot Mistress. She loves to mess with males, mostly male robots, and would start arguments between allies to decide who gets the most attention and pleasure with a male.

She can turn into four clouds of wool that hover in the air and can control her wools to split from her and reattach back to her however she wishes. She can also use electric attacks. Her attack name is Thunder Wool. Weak to Rebound Striker and a baseball. When she uses her Thunder Wool attack, her wool basically bursts off of her breasts and can hit you and/or remain attached to you like a magnet, however long she pleases, as long as it gives her an advantage.
