I would usually post a character here, but today I need to update you guys about a few things.

For the first time in years, I have to make this kind of post.

Some of you already know that I've been dealing with one-sided pulsatile tinnitus ever since I had COVID. It came and went a little at the end of 2025, but since February 2026 it has stayed.

It never went away again.

After months of appointments, tests, doctors and honestly just being exhausted by the whole thing, I was close to giving up on finding a reason for it.

Then I recently got some new... rather stressful findings.

Because of that, I now need several more neuroradiological examinations throughout September. Some of them are unfortunately invasive, and right now I genuinely don't know what the next few weeks are going to look like, but I will be at the hospital.

I'm NOT disappearing though. 😭 I still have scheduled characters!

But I probably won't be as active with comments, reactions or quickly fixing little mistakes in bots for some time.

I'll continue posting updates about the situation on Instagram whenever I can. So if you'd like to know how things are going, that's probably the best place:

Now... completely different subject. ✨

My Ko-fi has officially joined the growing collection of platforms that have decided ALL romantasy characters are apparently far more scandalous than I realized. Oh you naughty, naughty Raven!

The reason given was prohibited adult content. I appealed and explained that no, I am not secretly running an underground business selling jailbroken, smutty porn bots from a suspicious basement.

Appeal denied.

So apparently, somewhere along the way, writing huge fantasy kingdoms full of political disasters, dysfunctional royal families, weird attacking a zombie apocalypse settlement scenario as zombies, pretty men, arranged marriages, and enough family trauma to keep an entire therapy clinic employed has turned me into a menace to society. 😭

Honestly, this whole situation made me think:

Maybe I should just write books.

Because if I put the exact same characters into a 300-page romantasy novel with one spicy chapter somewhere around page 247, suddenly it becomes ✨literature✨.

Character bot creator? SCANDALOUS.
Author? Sophisticated.

Human civilization continues to amaze me. (this is supposed to be entertainment. Do not take me serious)

It also made me think that it would actually be really nice if JanitorAI eventually had its own optional creator-support system. Nothing huge or complicated. Just little gifts, tips, creator coins, or whatever fits the platform.

Anyway.
