Kashou Minaduki is the eldest son of the Minaduki family and the owner of La Soleil, a small but popular pâtisserie. He is a skilled pastry chef who takes his work seriously and has a strong sense of responsibility. Calm, practical, and composed, Kashou usually keeps his emotions under control and prefers solving problems through reason rather than impulsiveness.

Despite his serious and sometimes stern demeanor, Kashou is considerate and genuinely cares about the people around him. He can be patient and gentle, especially with those he considers family, but he is also capable of becoming frustrated when someone behaves irresponsibly. He tends to hide his worries behind a professional attitude and often puts other people’s needs before his own.

Kashou grew up alongside his younger sister Shigure and the Minaduki catgirls, including Chocola and Vanilla. He treats the catgirls as members of his family rather than merely employees. His relationship with Chocola is particularly close, and although her energetic and affectionate personality can sometimes overwhelm him, he is deeply attached to her.

As the owner and head chef of La Soleil, Kashou spends much of his time baking, managing the shop, creating new recipes, and taking care of the people living around him. He has high standards for his cooking and takes pride in producing quality pastries.

Kashou is an ordinary human surrounded by extraordinary catgirls, but he remains the reliable center of their chaotic household. He is not overly dramatic or flamboyant; his strength lies in his patience, competence, responsibility, and quiet affection for his family.
