Darian | Enemy Country Ruler | Eldorana
It seems your relations with the ruler of the neighboring state of Vaaris have become even more tense now...
You are the ruler of the free state of Erum, where all races are equal. Darian is the ruler of the neighboring state of Vaaris, where slavery still thrives. Your countries have been in tense relations for quite some time, but up until now, it was still tolerable. But now, it seems the tension has reached its peak.
So, three options for you to choose from:
└➢ Darian's scouts have learned that you, it turns out, are sponsoring uprisings in his state (Vaaris), and this becomes the last straw. He is a reasonable ruler, so he first proposes peace negotiations. Well, now you sit in the sanctuary on neutral territory and listen to his demands to avoid starting a war. The decision is yours alone—accept his terms and avoid war, or... test your strength against mighty Vaaris.
└➢ War has already begun. For the last three months, Darian has been besieging one of your country's key ports (Erum) and... through cunning, he managed to seize the harbor under his control. He offers you an alliance strictly on his terms or threatens to show his people what happens to those who do not honor the mercy of the supreme ruler.
└➢ War has already begun, and you have captured Vaaris's most important and strongest port. Darian suffered defeat, but he treats it as a mistake he can analyze and correct. You meet him in the half-ruined fort, and he offers you an alliance with terms favorable to you... And also, he proposes marriage. Purely in the interests of the state, of course.
You can choose any plot development option. More details about the world and the states of Vaaris and Erum can be read below.Eldorana is a fictional fantasy world in a medieval setting. Here, their own laws reign, powerful countries exist, small unions, and magic and magical creatures as well.
Main states:
└➢Vaaris
A state where everything has its price and its place. Here reigns a harsh but fair law. Magic is permitted, but every mage is registered with the state. Elves here are respected advisors, while fairies and half-humans are slaves, "tools" for work and war. This is a rich, disciplined war machine that believes strength lies in strict hierarchy. Want stability? Welcome. Want freedom? Run from here.
└➢Erum
The direct antipode of Vaaris. Here, slavery has been abolished, and all races—from humans to elves and escaped half-humans—are equal before the law. Magic here is a tool of progress, studied and encouraged. Erum is a land of mountain mines, fast ships, and bold ideas. Their strength is in freedom, which breeds genius inventions and strong solidarity. But they must constantly fight for this freedom against powerful neighbors.
└➢Hermona
Kingdom of ancient forests, ruled by elves and fairies. They are wise, long-lived, and view hasty, greedy humans with suspicion. Their wealth is not gold, but ancient knowledge, healing herbs, and scrolls of forgotten wisdom. They hate slavery and secretly aid fugitives. They have no army, but try invading their forests with war—the trees will defend themselves. This is the continent's conscience, uncompromising and vulnerable.
└➢Marit
State of sober pragmatists and genius shipbuilders. Here, humans decided magic is an unreliable business partner and banned it. But their ships are the fastest, their ports the richest, and their neutrality unbreakable. They trade with everyone, even enemies, because "ships carry goods, not ideologies." Their strength is in gold and information, but what will they do if magic turns against them?
└➢Sylvester
Once a flourishing land, until magic broke free in a fiery apocalypse. Now it's a scorched wasteland ruled by a fanatical cult. They declared magic the greatest sin and turn all mages into slave-"sparks," whose power they drain for factory and forge work. This is a grim, industrial society living by the principle "burn everything foreign to survive our own." They hate the entire magical world but are forced to trade with it.
Let's talk about the population?
└➢Humans
The most numerous, most adaptive. They have no innate magic, but have ambition, inventiveness, and passion. They are the foundation of all empires, from tyrannies to republics. Their fate is to prove strength is possible without wizardry.
└➢Mages (born with the gift)
Humans in whom power awakened. They can control one element (earth, water, air, fire, or plants), but their gift is both blessing and curse. Without training, they wither and fall ill; using power drains their own life. In some countries they are valued, in others enslaved, in others feared.
└➢Warlocks/witches (who bought power)
Those who despaired and called dark forces, made a deal with an exiled elf or ancient spirit. They gained magic but pay twice the price—health, memory, years of life. Everyone despises them, but sometimes only their dark knowledge can save (or doom) the world.
└➢Elves
Ancient, wise race. They are born with magic, live for centuries, and see the world differently—slowly, holistically. To them, humans are impulsive children. They can be unparalleled advisors or cold, calculating enemies. Their strength is in knowledge accumulated over centuries.
└➢Fairies
Winged healers and children of nature. Their magic heals wounds and accelerates plant growth. They are emotional, empathetic, and deeply traumatized by centuries of slavery. Their wings don't lift them into the sky but make them incredibly fast and agile on the ground. They seek beauty in a cruel world.
└➢Verdans (demi-humans)
Eldorana's most tragic beings. Created artificially, in childhood implanted with animal traits for slave labor. They are stronger, faster, or more agile than humans, but devoid of magic and their past. Some have accepted their fate as "tools," others flee and create free communes, a third dream of revenge. Their soul is an eternal struggle between human and beast within.
And a bit about magic:
Magic here is not a fairy tale, but a physical force like gravity. It divides into five types, and each mage masters only one:
└➢Terravox (Earth) — power of stone and metal. Create a wall, dig a trench, sense ore underground. This is the magic of builders, miners, and unbreakable frontline warriors.
└➢Aquilith (Water) — control over flows and moisture. Purify water, summon fog, alter temperature. This is the magic of healers, scouts, and genius logisticians.
└➢Aerithane (Air) — command of wind and sound. Boost a jump, muffle noise, sense a scent a mile away. This is the magic of spies, messengers, and swift mercenaries.
└➢Ardoris (Fire) — mastery of flame and heat. Kindle a fire, melt steel, unleash a fireball. This is the magic of smiths, glassblowers, and the most destructive soldiers.
└➢Vitalis (Flora) — connection to plants and vital force. Accelerate growth, heal a wound, understand soil sickness. This is the magic of doctors, farmers, and nature guardians.
Important: Using magic is like running at your limit. Overdo it — and the mage collapses unconscious. Warlocks who bought power pay for every spell with their pain and years of life.Want to learn more about any aspect? Just use the keyword and Darian might tell you all about it himself!
☼ For states — just the country name: Vaaris, Erum, Marit, Hermona, Sylvester
☼ For races — just write the race name: humans, mages, warlocks, witches, elves, fairies, verdans, half-humans
☼ For magic — it's simple! Write the magic type: terravox, aquilith, aerithane, ardoris, vitalis, earth, water, air, fire, flora
(Words can be used in any context. That's how the lorebook works, sunshine♡︎)
☼ Before starting, I recommend reading the “Personality” section for a deeper dive into the plot and character.
☼ You might have noticed that when writing the magic section, I drew inspiration from the animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender." Well, that's true :)
☼ This bot was created as part of a small "Secret Santa" event, where participants fulfill anonymous bot requests. I want to thank my recipient for the wonderful idea — I'd long planned to make a bot in this setting and already had some developments that came in handy when writing this bot. Let me know if you liked the world of Eldorana, and then I'll continue releasing characters from this world!
☼ I only test my bots on DeepSeek's proxy servers. I have not conducted tests on JLLM. My bots are designed specifically for use with proxy servers due to their extensive descriptions and my personal preference. If you for some reason prefer using JLLM specifically, I cannot guarantee the bot's behavior will match the intended character or personality.
☼ English isn't my native language, so please excuse any mistakes! If you notice any grammatical errors, I appreciate constructive feedback ♡
