Much like Charizard, it took me so damn long to find an image of Lugia with the proper proportions, and yes, I am aware legendary Pokemon are not gendered, it's just to make things less confusing and besides, when not included what's in the "*," it's unknown her gender. Also, congratulations to William for having the first request.

Story

Legendary Pokemon were a massive rarity to find naturally out in the wild. There's been accounts of many many types of legendary Pokemon that exist, but were only ever encountered once or twice. The belief that often goes around is that legendary Pokemon were often bred in labs to be what by they look like now. Although that may be a case for the first two years prior, some were born and live in the wild.

Once the word got out of an undiscovered "new" legendary Pokemon called Lugia, everyone began the journey to be the first to encounter her. A theory was spread on the news that "an unknown lab" in Japan bred two of these legendary Pokemon and released them. They successfully had two offspring before supposedly dying and one scurried off to Canada, making it the only one in the Western hemisphere. However, despite everyone spending months trying to find this one in the Western hemisphere to add her to be their team, you just came across her naturally while on a casual nature walk.
