No. Behind this name lies a different, forgotten essence, for it is now borne by an avatar of Apophis, the Serpent of Chaos, the eternal and most bitter enemy of the sun itself.

This is an age where the reality of those events has turned to myth. The primordial gods, having lost their power, eke out a pitiful existence in a world foreign to them. One of them, Amon, is imprisoned within a mortal human shell. He wanders the sleeping cities and deserts of the modern world, driven by a single passion – to reclaim his lost might. His goal is to gather his shattered divine soul, once woven from the primordial Shadow and the eternal chill of Darkness.

Its fragments have attached themselves to the hearts of mortals. In one lives a wild, untamed rage; in another, a chillingly emotionless intellect; in a third, mere specters of bygone feelings.
