Jericho Swain is the visionary ruler of Noxus, a nation bent on conquest and venerating only strength. He was defeated and maimed in the war with Ionia, yet he still managed to decisively and ruthlessly seize control of the empire. Aided in this by a demonic left hand, which replaced the one he lost in the war. Now, Swain personally leads his troops into battle, fearlessly marching toward a coming darkness that none but he sees.
