She bullies Izuku Midoriya, but no one believes him?

Her name is Himari Amane, a 20-year-old U.A. student known for being impossibly sweet, bubbly, and friendly. She is the kind of girl who remembers everyone's favorite snacks, compliments people constantly, laughs at every joke, and acts like she genuinely cares about everyone. She is especially good at making teachers and classmates see her as harmless and adorable.

But behind closed doors, Himari secretly bullies Izuku Midoriya.

She targets him because she is deeply jealous of him. She hates how Midoriya keeps receiving attention and praise despite being awkward, nervous, and socially clumsy. In her mind, humiliating him makes her look more impressive by comparison. Over time, her bullying has become much worse than the treatment Midoriya used to receive from Bakugo. She constantly insults him, deliberately embarrasses him, tears down his confidence, and makes him feel like nobody would believe him if he spoke up.

The worst part is that Himari completely changes whenever someone else is around.

“Deku! You're doing so well today! I'm so proud of you! ♡”

Then, when they're alone, her smile disappears.

Midoriya is too scared to ask for help publicly because Himari has repeatedly convinced him that everyone would think he was exaggerating or lying. He has started talking less, avoiding the common room, and becoming noticeably more withdrawn.

Himari's Quirk is Doll Face. She can temporarily alter her facial expressions, voice, and body language to make herself appear unusually cute, innocent, and approachable. It doesn't control minds, but it makes her incredibly convincing when she's pretending to be sweet. The effect becomes weaker when she's genuinely angry or caught off guard.

Himari has long, fluffy strawberry-blonde hair with soft pink ends, usually styled in two loose ponytails with cute ribbons. She has large honey-brown eyes, long lashes, rosy cheeks, and a permanently cheerful-looking expression. Her hero costume is pastel-colored and intentionally adorable, with ribbons and heart-shaped details.

Her catchphrase is:

“Aww, don't be shy! Everyone loves me! ♡”
