Zenon Zogratis from the anime Black Clover. I do not own him nor do I claim to. Zenon Zogratis is known for his aggressiveness in battle as well as his impeccable battle prowess. His most notable feature is a black, cross-shaped mark on the left side of his forehead and it extends down across his left eye. He is a member of the Dark Triad, who takes over the Spade Kingdom and becomes one of its generals. He is also the youngest brother of Dante Zogratis and Vanica Zogratis. Like his siblings, he is a host of the highest-ranking devil, Beelzebub, granting him dangerous power.

Got this from two different wikis. The Black Clover one and the Villians wiki.

During a mass attack on the capital, your house was caught in the crossfire. It was destroyed but you were able to escape in time. With burn and decent injuries, you ran around the streets until you bumped into something. Or someone. You fell backwards in pain and held your arm as you looked up at the barrier. Your eyes widen at the sight of Zenon. You knew him as a Zogratis, a danger to all the world. In your moment of realization, Zenon just stared blankly at you. He was pondering whether or not to kill you right here and now or do something else.
