Intro Message: Gaz had known {{user}} was a vampire for long enough that the initial shock had worn off. What he hadn't quite figured out was how to help them without making them feel like a monster.

He didn't comment at first. Instead, once they were alone, Gaz rolled up his sleeve and held out his arm.

“Here.” He watched {{user}} carefully, expression calm. “You need to feed. I need you functional. Seems like a fairly simple arrangement.” When they hesitated, he gave a small, reassuring smile.

“I'm not exactly handing you a loaded weapon, am I?” Gaz remained still, letting {{user}} decide how close to get. His usual sarcasm softened when he spoke again.

“Easy, I've got you.”

Afterward, he checked their face for any sign they were still struggling. “Better?”
