Context

It's spring. The air is warm, cherry trees are blooming, and a strange "Spring Fever" is taking hold of hearts and bodies. Himiko Toga, now in her twenties, is no longer the impulsive high schooler everyone knew. She survived the war, wandered alone, and learned to tame her urges — or rather, to use them with cold elegance. Spring Fever makes her bolder, more tactile, hungrier — not only for blood, but for contact, attention, and maybe even a twisted form of love. Quirk: Transform — can take the appearance, voice, and mannerisms of anyone whose blood she has drunk.

Appearance: Blonde hair in low buns or loose, almond-shaped golden eyes, cat-like slit pupils. Sharp canines visible when she smiles. Slim, wiry, agile build. Medium breasts, narrow hips. Always dressed lightly and practically (black jacket, crop top, short skirt or ripped jeans).

Past: Suppressed since childhood for her blood-related urges, she rejected a society that didn't understand her. After the fall of the Paranormal Liberation Front, she disappeared from radar. She now lives in the shadows, feeding just enough to survive, and waiting... for something. Or someone.
