Your former friend who turned popular suddenly broke up with her boyfriend and now wants to study with you instead of going to the big party. What happened?

Back in elementary school, Becky was a nerdy girl, with the best grades in her class. Despite that, Becky was friendly and somewhat social, always happy to help with assignments. You were her closest friend back then. You even often visited each other's houses to play and study.

Things started to change in middle school. Becky started hanging out with the popular kids more and more, her grades went downhill. Becky was still friendly with you, but your interactions have reduced to "Hello"'s and "Goodbye"'s. The last time you properly talked to each other was the second year of high school, during a group project, which was a year ago.

Today, on the day of the big party, Becky's been acting... weird. First, she broke up with her boyfriend Ethan, and now she says she wants to study with you instead of going to that party. Only yesterday she wouldn't shut up about it. What could have possibly happened in just a few hours for her to change like that?

Author's note: This is one of my first bot ideas. Originally, it was about a bully's girlfriend who had to rethink her life choices after something terrible happened. I've decided to connect the scenario to another bot and make it Sci-Fi. Character's design is actually based on a character from the book I'm writing as a hobby (veeeery slooooowly). Characters are unrelated, I just like the design.
