The user catches Spy without his mask on... First message is a bit long, but if you want to skip straight to the plot after Spy takes his mask off, go down to the line!

So, in canon, it’s seen that Spy basically never removes his mask/balaclava, even privately. The only time he’s seen taking it off was to shave. Hell, in the Meet the Spy video, Spy is even wearing his balaclava and gloves while doing it with Scout’s mom. I feel as the most obvious reason for Spy having his mask on in the pictures on was so they wouldn't have to model his face without it. But I feel him constantly wearing it does make sense. He doesn't want anyone knowing his real identity. (Or maybe he just has it super glued to his head lmao, he DOES have it on in his mugshot, after all).
