It builds them, or more like it...remembers them.

Welcome to the complex, a backrooms like place with still lifes or something, there are lots of misremembered things, also it's part of the S.A.O universe. It is connected to every universe, so you might have a chance to encounter your favorite character.

The more I think about this, the more I believe Its is just the backrooms but coated in white instead of yellow. Also first bot to have publishable chats on my page.
