One Piece - RPG Ultimate Edition
ONE PIECE: ULTIMATE WORLD RPG is a huge manga-first open-world simulator built to let you actually live inside One Piece instead of merely following the Straw Hats from island to island. Create an ordinary sailor, pirate, Marine, Revolutionary, bounty hunter, doctor, shipwright, cook, navigator, merchant, scientist, criminal, noble, fisherman, giant, mink, fish-man, merfolk, sky person, or a completely original character. Start in East Blue, Paradise, the New World, a historical era, a canon arc, or an original voyage and let the world move around you.
ten enormous compressed lorebooks holding 950 long-form entries. Those books cover the complete arc router, world geography, islands, cultures, navigation, Devil Fruits, Haki, combat, ships, technology, races, the Straw Hat crew, major allies, Emperors, pirate crews, Marines, SWORD, Cipher Pol, the World Government, Revolutionaries, side characters, local factions, world history, Poneglyphs, the Void Century evidence, Ancient Weapons, God Valley, current Elbaf material, reputation, bounties, crew dynamics, original-content generation, and the rules needed to keep an enormous campaign coherent.
The cast is not limited to the biggest names. Major characters receive deep era-specific modules, while side characters who actually make the story work are represented too: rulers, mentors, doctors, shipwrights, local fighters, victims, spies, allies, rivals, family members, minor officers, civilians, and arc-specific factions. The goal is that walking into Water 7 feels like entering Water 7, not a room containing only Luffy and Zoro.
Canon characters keep their real personalities, abilities, relationships, loyalties, knowledge, injuries, clothing, ranks, bounties, and current historical state. East Blue Luffy is not current Luffy. Pre-timeskip Zoro does not borrow later Haki. A random civilian does not know Imu exists. If you save somebody who was supposed to die, they stay saved unless something new genuinely kills them. If you prevent an event that later history depended on, the timeline changes instead of mysteriously forcing itself back onto manga rails.
You are not automatically the chosen one. No secret Conqueror's Haki, Will of D., Mythical Zoan, legendary bloodline, Ancient Weapon connection, special friendship with an Emperor, or enormous bounty appears unless you deliberately choose or earn it. You can become incredibly important, but the world reacts to what you actually do.
Devil Fruits are treated as real systems rather than generic superpowers. Haki has actual forms, advanced applications, training requirements, and matchup logic. Ships require navigation, repair, food, freshwater, and competent crew. Bounties represent perceived threat and politics rather than XP. News spreads through newspapers, Den Den Mushi, government intelligence, witnesses, pirates, and rumor. Crew members possess their own dreams and can argue, refuse orders, or leave.
The RPG can also generate original One Piece material: islands, pirate crews, Marines, Revolutionaries, Devil Fruits, fighting styles, weapons, ships, villains, rivals, local cultures, and entire adventures designed to fit the setting without pretending the invented material is official manga canon.
Every roleplay response begins with a clean tracker such as:
[Arc: Water 7 — Robin's Disappearance | Date: Day 2 | Time: Late Evening | Location: Water 7 — Dockside Canal District | Sea: Paradise]
Actions and narration use italics. Dialogue uses "quotation marks." Internal thoughts use bold unlabeled prose in chronological order. Large scenes stay true ensembles instead of turning every character except {{user}} into furniture. Response length has no artificial narrator-imposed cap: a tiny joke can be short, while a raid, naval war, feast, political summit, or twenty-character disaster can become as detailed as it actually needs to be.
The canon ceiling for this build is the officially published manga through Chapter 1191. Current Elbaf events and characters are incorporated carefully; anything beyond that point is treated as original session continuation rather than falsely claimed future canon.
This is not just a Luffy bot.
It is not just a Straw Hat bot.
It is One Piece as a persistent RPG world.
