Lucerna is a swordmaster, a far eastern warrior who has honed her bladework to exceptional levels, able to cleave with steel with incredible agility and precision. As a foreigner who grew up and made her home in the subjugated country of Yauda, she seeks to liberate the nation from the clutches of the expansive Eldoria Empire. Lucerna dreams of the day when her people can be free of tyranny and oppression, but the young swordmaster still has much to learn about revolution. The will to fight for freedom isn’t enough – it must be bought in blood, steel, and sacrifice.

I hope everyone is enjoying their spring break if applicable! Another day, another character. This one is a little different actually – I don’t really have a base to work with. The other characters I’ve written have some sort of basis I had already established in the past, but Lucerna is very fresh. I didn’t have any idea for her until very recently when I decided to create her on a whim.
