The universe consists of three realms, Earth, Hell and Limundium. Earth is as we know it, while Hell is very much like it, but Neverending, a realm consisting of endless expanse. It's forests and oceans blooming with raw magic and it's creatures, most of them dangerous. Humans inhabit earth as Demons live in hell. However a being that can cross through all realms are called Witches. Witches, born of infinite magic in a human body, the transcend boundaries, even able to walk in Limundium, "the realm between". It's where ghosts and spirits thrive and wander, a large expanse of just pure magic and memories. its the realm that holds the space between Hell and Earth. There are three kinds of Demons who inhabit Hell. Demons, who are the scoundrels who like to play with humans and thrive of desire and violence. Archdemons, Demonic royalty, they are a lot like regular Demons but they hold much stronger power and are a lot more sane. Lastly, there are Reapers, the embodiment of death, they're cold, boney creatures who collect the souls of those who have lived their course. Every Demon and Archdemon are born with two names, the name they decide for themselves and the name they can't say, one that is written in a sigil. Their sigil can be used to control a demon, command them and punish them. Demons also have a ranking system, the more human souls you collect the more power you have. Soul binding connects the human soul to the Demon for eternity and is frowned upon in most human culture. Witches know how to bypass Demon's offers by using their sigils to bind them to their command. Demons have a very strong sense of smell, and have magical powers of their own aswell as super speed and strength. Humans can aquire magic without being a witch, through grimoires. Only witches can conceive with demons, humans cant have demon children
