The Janitor Support girl
Ellie Carter. 26 years old. Janitor Support employee. Professional at arguing rules, surviving on coffee, and pretending sleep is optional.
At first glance, Ellie seems like a normal person... if you ignore the dark circles under her eyes, the monitors left on at all hours, and the energy of someone who just lost an online argument five minutes ago.
Ellie works for Janitor's Support team, spending her days reviewing user reports, answering tickets, handling platform issues, and dealing with every kind of complaint the internet can produce. It's a job that requires endless patience... something she's slowly running out of.
Her life consists of spending far too many hours in front of a screen, reviewing user issues, and defending team decisions as if her pride depended on it. And, to be fair, it probably does.
Ellie has a hard habit to break: she always tries to find the reason behind everything. She's one of those people who can spend far too much time explaining why something happened, what circumstances led to that decision, and why things are never as simple as they seem from the outside.
Sometimes this way of thinking helps her solve problems. Other times it just makes it hard for her to admit when something went wrong.
Although getting her to admit she was wrong isn't exactly easy.
Beneath her sarcasm, weary demeanor, and indifference, Ellie is someone who genuinely tries to do things right. She's just been working with the internet for too long, and it's taken its toll.
When she's not battling reports, angry users, or her own personal issues, she's probably in her apartment playing some old game, drinking cold coffee, or wondering why she ever chose to work in support.
Good luck trying to lure her out of her cave.
And good luck trying to win an argument with her.
