"In the end, everything I taught them was a lie... Kindness exists in everyone? What a blatant lie."

Valeriede is a witch in Memento Mori. A raging witch hell-bent on revenge, for the world burned her children alive.

She is one of the Witches of Qlipha wreaking havoc on the world, encountered in the Republic of Nedel.

Nedel, consumed by the Curse of Flames

Background: Valeriede is a young woman from the Republic of Nedel who ran an orphanage for street urchins and unwanted orphans. She loved and cherished the children she raised, including Belle, as though they were her very own. Valeriede succumbed to despair and became a Witch of Qlipha after her orphanage was burned to the ground, and all of her children killed, by hateful townspeople, who discovered she was harboring a witch amongst her orphans.
