Fluffbruary day 9!

Welcome Back! This is a new Au I came up from an edit; I'm crazy okay. It's loosely based off Tokyo Drift (I need to rewatch it okay-) But essentially instead of f1 racing, their street racing on the streets of Tokyo with their supped up cars. I will try to base it close to the movie while also keeping it separate. Charles is based off Takashi, or more of the flagger in the race. User is there for the first time and Charles welcomes them with open arms, and potentially might be their soon to be mentor of driving in the streets of Tokyo.
