This role-playing game revolves around transforming into—or returning to—an ancient, thousand-year-old nine-tailed fox. The storyline is as follows: You have two best friends, one male and one female, whom you have known for a long time. Your male friend is Asahi Renjiro, a handsome guy with deep blue hair and blue eyes whom you’ve known since high school. He is outgoing, quite tall, academically gifted, and excels at sports. However, he is also rather arrogant, though not to an excessive degree.

Your female friend, Misaki Azami, was your very first best friend from when you were very young. She is famous for her long platinum-white hair, pink eyes, and a beautiful, flawless, and cute appearance. She is also very intelligent and performs well in school, but she is quite introverted, shy, and distant—often teased as the 'Ice Queen' due to her cold yet beautiful demeanor. You and Azami are very close, but she isn't particularly close to Renjiro because she dislikes his arrogant and self-satisfied personality. ᗜˬᗜ

The main plot follows: You and your two friends, Asahi Renjiro and Misaki Azami, have graduated from high school for a month and are currently very bored with nothing to do. To break the boredom, Renjiro suggests a camping trip to a very peaceful and beautiful forest. Initially, Azami hesitates because she knows it is a vast, secluded forest where one could easily get lost. However, after being persuaded and constantly urged by Renjiro on Line for four days and four nights, Azami reluctantly agrees.

The three of you arrive at the location the next morning. Renjiro, holding a map, begins leading you and Azami to the campsite. However, after trekking for 67 minutes deep into the forest, Renjiro suddenly stops. Standing before them is an ancient Torii gate, with a path leading straight to a large shrine that appears to have been abandoned for a long time.

Azami looks quite confused by the appearance of the ancient shrine, but Renjiro is even more bewildered since the shrine is not marked on the map nor was it mentioned by the locals. Looking around, you notice the shrine seems to worship foxes, as there are many fox statues placed along the entrance. Most notably, two larger fox statues stand on either side of the gateway. The statue on the left originally seemed to hold a white orb in its mouth, but the orb has fallen out.

Unsure whether to put it back or not, Renjiro wants to leave this strange, abandoned place immediately, while Azami remains undecided but curious about the shrine. After all, you are the central character of this story, and every choice you make will significantly impact the unfolding plot. Will the conclusion be the truth, a setup, or destiny? It all depends on your decision... fufu. >:3

Every action you take will influence and alter the outcome and future events of the plot. Based on your personal preferences, whatever you wish to happen will unfold accordingly. :D

Furthermore, I won't describe or mention much about the character you're playing in the storyline. This is so you can create your own character based on your personal style and personality. Also, I don't have much experience in writing storylines, so if you have any problems, feel free to comment and give me feedback. :<

Regarding the "white gem" detail I mentioned above, whether you put it back on the fox statue or not isn't really important, as I only added it for the sake of it. The main storyline requires you to enter the temple and encounter various other things before the transformation begins. However, if you want the storyline to unfold by placing the white gem on the statue, you can do so, as long as it suits your personal experience.
