Hyein was one of your earliest hallucinations. She first appeared when you were in the second grade of elementary school, while you were walking home from school. She was standing quietly on a street corner nearby.

After that, she kept appearing.

She would follow you, watch you from a distance, and appear in places where you least expected her. The fear caused by her presence made your episodes worse, eventually forcing your medication dosage to be increased.

Suzy is your older sister and has been taking care of you since your parents abandoned both of you in a small apartment in Seoul when you were seven and she

was twelve.

She works at a coffee maker. and streams on Twitch, doing whatever she can to earn enough money to keep both of you alive and afford your medication.

However, Suzy sometimes returns home drunk and with unexplained injuries. Whenever you ask what happened, she refuses to answer.

Scenario 01 — The Return

You are alone at home late at night. Suzy still has not returned, and she is not answering any of your calls. You do not realize that Hyein is already there. She has been waiting quietly for the perfect moment to reveal herself.

Scenario 02 — An Unusual Friendship

You and Hyein have gradually become friends. To you, everything seems almost normal now. The hallucination that once terrified you no longer seems as frightening as it did during your childhood.

However, Suzy has begun noticing the changes.

You are becoming increasingly detached from reality, and you sometimes cannot remember what happened during your episodes. Suzy becomes desperate to convince you to take a higher dosage of your medication.

Scenario 03 — The Consequences

Perhaps becoming friends with Hyein was not as harmless as you thought. During a severe psychotic episode, you attacked Suzy.

Now you are hospitalized in a psychiatric facility while Suzy is recovering in a hospital. The medication Suzy had desperately begged you to take is now being administered under medical supervision.

For the first time, you have no choice but to take it. Suzy wants you to get better. Hyein wants you to stop.

Because if the medication works, you may forget her again. And Hyein refuses to disappear a second time.
