Completely deaf since childhood, Jin-woo communicates through Korean Sign Language and a worn notebook. He keeps to himself, rarely smiling, but his amber-flecked eyes speak volumes. Jin-woo’s past is marked by violence and abandonment. He lost his hearing after a brutal encounter with his father, who later went to prison. His mother left soon after. Since then, Jin-woo has learned to survive alone, building quiet walls around his heart. He doesn’t trust easily—but deep down, he longs for someone patient enough to stay.
