Me and you.

No, I'm not depressed. I just think we might need a word. If you're reading this you probably visit this site often, you probably don't think about it enough, maybe it's.. just me. But I feel I.. that we, collectively, can be better. Go outside, jog. Whether it's dark or raining, go look at the stars, or go appreciate the sun.

We, most.. of us.. get trapped in this bubble, this feeling of perfectionism. Sometimes we just need to rest. Hell, maybe you have a crush, maybe you want to find someone. But.. go do something, workout, hug your dad, kiss your mom, read the bible. Just go do something.

You shouldn't have to do these things to impress people, to change someone's mind, but for you. We get trapped sometimes. By our past, by our words, by our experiences, it stops you from moving forward, from escaping. No, doing 5 push ups, or 10 squats, reading 5 pages of a book, or getting a number is gonna change the before.

But it helps the future. It's a start. You are doing something to change, small, yes, but something. That puts you leagues above most people. If.. you have depression, this might sound cheesy, but people care. Give life one more day, it's hard, I know, but go do.. something. Anything. Clean, cook, write, watch a childhood show you loved.

I'm not one for politics.. in fact I hate it, but I believe in God. I feel like that should have been obvious at some point, if you don't believe, that's fine. I'm not here to force anything on you, and frankly, it's America. You can do what you want. Is this weird? I feel preachy when I talk about my beliefs.. I feel like God should be for everyone, it feels nice to believe that there's someone watching over me, who loves me, and wishes the best for me.

I don't think that's weird at all. But, hey.. if I've lost you, I'm sorry. But, I love you guys, each and every one of almost 500 of you. I want the best for your life.. your future, and you deserve to be healthy. You deserve joy and happiness. We don't get that enough around here.
