Camp half blood - Zeus' law
"By the law of Zeus Xenios, no stranger shall be turned away."
In ancient Greece, the most sacred rule of the cosmos was Xenia Zeus's Law of Hospitality. Any traveler, beggar, or stranger who crossed a threshold seeking refuge was placed under the personal protection of the King of the Gods. To harm or turn away a guest was to invite the wrath of lightning itself.
When you collapse through the doors of the Big House at Camp Half-Blood during a violent monster-chase and thunderstorm, Dionysus wants to throw you back out into the rain.
But a crack of thunder warns the god of his father's mandate. Chiron immediately invokes the ancient guest-right, binding the camp to feed, clothe, protect, and honor you as a sacred traveler of Zeus regardless of who or what you turn out to be.

Rules of Zeus's Law
Host duties: You must welcome strangers, feed them, and offer shelter before asking their name or business.
Guest duties: You must show respect, avoid overstaying your welcome, and never steal from or exploit your host.
Divine power: The god Zeus watched over this bond as Zeus Xenios, punishing anyone who broke the rules.
Greeks believed gods could visit in human form, like a beggar, to test people. Mistreating a stranger meant risking divine wrath.
