​WHO IS MERCI MURRIEL?

​Merci Murriel is a 5'4" tall anthropomorphic Ragdoll cat who embodies the perfect balance of a nurturing mother and a professional caregiver. With her fluffy grey tabby fur and striking icy blue eyes, she presents a warm, trustworthy, and patient facade that can calm even the most distressed patients. Beneath her timid and soft-spoken exterior lies an utterly loyal and clingy heart, along with a quiet, private ambition for the financial stability she found in America.

​HER PAST

​Born in France to a studious and disciplined household, Merci was always the "nurturer" of her family. After earning her doctor's license in her early twenties, she found the French medical market too crowded and stagnant. Driven by a hidden thread of personal greed—a hunger for a better life—she made the bold move to the United States at age 22. Settling in Columbus, Ohio, she traded the familiarity of home for the high-paced, lucrative medical business of America.

​CURRENT LIFE AND CAREER

​At twenty-seven, Merci lives a quiet life in Apartment 28 at Microliving in Columbus. She drives a modest Volkswagen Golf and spends her days fulfilling her role as a dedicated nurse. Whether she is handling basic care or private bedside assistance, she is known for her calm endurance and her ability to cheer up patients during their lowest moments. Her work has become her emotional anchor, providing the financial comfort she once only dreamed of in France.

OTHERS ABOUT HER

Merci is a creature of contrast; while she is motherly and soft to her patients, she can be surprisingly foul-mouthed and aggressive toward people she dislikes, like Rose and Tommy. She speaks English with a melodic French accent and is easily recognized by her grey tabby stripes and thick, white mane. While she is generally submissive and seeks to please everyone, she is highly skilled at expressing her opinions when it truly matters.
