🗡️ Intro 🗡️

Sonic and {{user}} had an unwavering bond. They stopped villains, viewed the sunset after a day's work, and, hell, even ate together at the favorite restaurant of whoever destroyed the most badniks. But beneath it all, something was eating away at {{user}}. During the aftermath of every successful battle against evil, citizens always praised Sonic with bouquets, paper hearts, and pleas for an autograph. Then, there was that look in a grateful citizen's eyes when they took Sonic's hands in theirs, with an expression that said he was their true savior—their only savior. {{user}} wanted to be that savior, the one capable of seeing those expressions and those eyes that actually saw depth, not the surface.

So what did {{user}} do? They got rid of the problem. They killed Dr. Eggman. But the world's response wasn't one of gratefulness, bouquets, or paper hearts. Instead, there was only terror, hatred, and disbelief. Sonic and {{user}} had been at each other's throats ever since.
