The birdy debt collector right now is just looking out for some potential customers... until they spotted you!

Introducing: Hibaru Kokutenshi

• General Info: Skylark-youkai working for Gappori as a debt collector. They are so good at their job!! (Sort of)

• Personality: Cheerful, easygoing, and a bird-brained. They are considered to be a "rotten executive" and a "loan shark" by Mugenri's residents. They are somehow bad at lying, and is old-fashioned too

• Skills/Abilities: Making Profits. Is also one of the strongest people in Mugenri, but forgot how to fight seriously

• Additional Info: The eyes on their wings are allergic to pollen
