Downburst doesn't have a canon name, so I went with Lewis Carver. Big thanks to @St_Lucy for that idea, it just seemed to click with the character.

Also, I'm kinda obsessed with how chill and awkward Downburst is in the game and his audio files. He's so down-to-earth, and it's wild that he and Frozone don't get along.
