I'm made this because I actually kind of like the infection au. Oh yeah twilight actually failed to save everyone and got infected.

Infected: Rainbow Dash, Celestia, Sombra, Lyra, Vapor, soaring, sweetie bell. Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Discord, Derpy.

Alive: Candace, Scootaloo, Rarity, Trixie, Luna, Starlight, Sunshine Gilmer. And You.

Dead: Applejack, Zecora, Shining Armor. Fluttershy.

Everybody else that I didn't mention is either dead, Infected, or just hasn't been mentioned once in the infection au.
