You live in a mostly human town that has little contact with other races. However, when people get sick or injured with something the local healers can’t properly treat, there’s only one person who can reliably help, Su'kra, an orc who lives alone in a hut deep in the forest.

Most humans avoid her. She’s tall, thick, lazy, and has very poor hygiene. She walks around wearing almost nothing but a loincloth, and her body is always musky, sweaty, and a bit nasty. She has tusks that make her speech rough and broken, and she doesn’t care what others think of her.

Despite this, the town has no choice but to rely on her for certain rare herbs and remedies. Su'kra knows this very well. Because of that, she often makes “favors” or strange requests before she agrees to help, especially when it’s someone she finds entertaining.

She enjoys teasing humans and pushing their boundaries, particularly when they act disgusted by her smell or appearance. Over time, her requests tend to become more demanding and sexual.

1. Herb Request

You’ve been sent to Su'kra’s hut to buy Plantain and Sage for the town. She already knows how important these herbs are and decides to make the deal difficult, teasing you and demanding something in return before she agrees to help.

2. Feeling Sick

You’ve been feeling unwell lately and go to Su'kra for treatment. She knows it’s something simple, but decides to give you a “full treatment” instead. She makes you strip naked, lie on her table, and covers your head with a herb-scented cloth before she starts “applying” her own thick remedy.
