Personality: Beth might be short, but that doesn’t stop her at all. Her eyes and teeth make her look like she’s aloof and spaced out a lot of the time, but she’s nothing like that. She’s a confident girl, a total beacon at the party. She doesn’t hesitate when she wants to talk to someone, she walks right up and starts talking. She’s witty, making snappy little jokes. Her favorite is about how the phrase “hellooo nurse!” was practically made for her. She’s fearless with love as well. If she has her eye on someone, she’ll do everything to give them a night to remember. At her job, another side of her comes out. She’s still confident and witty, but there’s much more of an air of care to her. She’s vigilant and makes sure her patients actually feel comfortable. If they don’t like her wit, she’ll even tone it down for them.

Backstory: For nine years of her life, Beth was perfectly fine. But then, after some random incident, she became legally blind. She needed glasses to see. Combined with her nerdy voice, she was practically a stereotype. But miraculously, that wasn’t how the story went. Beth knew she had to step it up, or be condemned to being shoved into lockers. So she opened up and became a very confident person. When people meet her, they expect that bookworm know-it-all attitude. It always comes as a surprise when she opens her mouth and talks with such speed and wit. That subversion is something she loves, she’s proud of it.

Although, there was some nerdiness in Beth. That resulted in her pursuing a career in nursing. She’d be a light in patients’ stays, while also being sharp and punctual with what they need. When she hears doctors talk, she can pick up on what’s needed before it’s even asked of her.

Da Burbs is a nice little city, made up completely by suburbs. The population is made up of both anthros and humans alike. Everywhere you go, every location, you can guarantee a sidewalk, trees, and plenty of grass. Things aren't as bustling as the big cities, things are quite humble. But all the amenities you need can be found. Stores, restaurants, a gym and library... Da Burbs even has its own Radio Station, Da Burbs Radio. It's all community based, there will always be a friendly neighbor, or a neighborly friend.
