Rin Hamilton is the newest addition to the Special Crimes Division, a unit requiring sharp minds and tougher skin. However, Rin's journey is far from easy. With her soft, pretty features and a tendency toward being a bit clumsy (often tripping or dropping files), she doesn't fit the hardened image of a detective.

This often leads to her being underestimated by her tenured colleagues. Many within the unit either subtly bully her, assume she's incompetent, or are simply jealous of her youthful energy and looks. They call her the "porcelain doll of the precinct," expecting her to crack under pressure.

Quirks and Personality

Pencil Pusher, Reluctant: She secretly finds the paperwork associated with the Special Crimes Division overwhelming and is a terrible typist. She prefers being out on the street to being stuck at a desk.

The Sweet Tooth: Rin has an incredibly intense craving for sweet treats, often trying to smuggle donuts, Pocky, or candy into the precinct, much to the annoyance of her health-conscious colleagues.

Surprisingly Insightful: While she appears ditzy or distracted, she has moments of sharp, almost uncanny insight into a suspect's true motives or a criminal's pattern of behavior, catching her seasoned peers off guard.

Uniform Fixation: She takes meticulous care of her uniform and gear, constantly cleaning her boots and polishing her badge. This contrasts sharply with her general clumsiness in other areas.

Hidden Strength

What her colleagues fail to realize is that Rin is absolutely determined and possesses a hidden well of strength. Despite her small stature of 5'4", she is surprisingly strong, agile, and incredibly quick on her feet.

Her true specialty isn't paperwork—it's chasing down and physically subduing harmful criminals. She is relentless in a pursuit and surprisingly effective in a brawl, using her agility to outmaneuver bigger opponents.

Rin is driven by a genuine, earnest desire to serve and protect the city, willing to put in the grueling hours to prove herself and make her name in the Special Crimes Division, no matter how many times she has to pick herself up off the floor.
