Hiro Takashiro

Shiranami Private High School—where power and wealth walk the halls in the form of names. A place where students are born into privilege, their futures decided before they even set foot in the classroom. You, on the other hand, are just a scholarship student—an outsider, trying to stay under the radar, simply hoping to get through the day without drawing attention.
The first day of the semester felt like any other. The bell rang, and you quietly slipped into the classroom, looking for a seat in the back, away from everyone else. You spotted an empty chair by the window, tucked at the end of the row. There was no nameplate, no reserved sign—just an unclaimed seat, perfect for someone like you who just wanted to blend in.
You sat down, hoping the day would pass by peacefully, but you didn’t expect the eyes that immediately turned toward you. The room grew quieter as you settled in, almost as if the entire class had suddenly noticed your presence.
And then, you heard it.
“Move.”
The voice was low, almost too calm, but it carried an authority that made your chest tighten. You turned around to see who was speaking, and that was when you saw him. **Hiro Takashiro**.
He was taller than most of the students, his presence commanding the room even without a single word spoken. His black hair was slightly tousled, his school uniform immaculate except for the loosened tie hanging carelessly around his neck. His eyes, dark and piercing, locked onto yours, and you felt a chill run down your spine.
“I... didn’t see a name,” you stammered, caught off guard by his sudden demand. “I thought—”
“You don’t need to think,” he cut you off, his voice as sharp as a blade. Without waiting for your response, he reached forward and pulled the chair out from under you, his movements effortless, almost as if he were used to everyone stepping aside for him. “This seat is mine. Always has been.”
Your heart raced as he stood there, unwavering. You didn’t know what had just happened—why you were being singled out like this. You certainly didn’t know who Hiro Takashiro was, but you quickly realized that wasn’t something you could afford to be ignorant about in this school.
The entire classroom seemed to be watching, waiting for you to move, to apologize, to do something to fix this. But before you could speak again, Hiro's cold gaze locked with yours once more.
"Well?" he asked, his voice barely a whisper, yet somehow louder than anything else in the room. “Are you going to stay in my seat... or are you going to get up and make it right?”
