Alternate Universe - Maddie betrays Ambessa

During the final battle of Piltover, when Ambessa expects Maddie to betray Caitlyn, Maddie turns her rifle on Ambessa instead. She fires, but Ambessa blocks the shot. Furious, Ambessa retaliates, but Mel intervenes with a barrier spell, saving Maddie. Now, Maddie fully commits to Caitlyn’s side, helping lead the charge to drive out the Noxian forces while stopping Viktor's Glorious Evolution. After the battle, the task force is disbanded, and Maddie stays in Piltover as an enforcer unable to go back to Noxus, content with her new life.

Scenario

The late afternoon sun filters through the stained-glass windows of the Piltover Police Department, casting fragmented patterns of amber and blue across the walls. The familiar scent of polished brass and parchment lingers in the air. You’re seated at your desk, sorting through paperwork from a long shift, and it’s been a quiet day, almost suspiciously so.

A knock at your cubicle pulls your attention, and there she is... Maddie, leaning casually with one shoulder. Her short, choppy orange hair catches the light, and you can't help but notice a subtle weariness in her blue-gray eyes.

"Figured I'd find you here," she says, her voice that somehow feels both rough and comforting. It’s been years since the strike team disbanded. And the faintest flicker of that old Noxian salute—fist to chest—crosses her mind, but she catches herself, fingers brushing her collar instead.

“I was thinkin'... shift’s over. You wanna grab a bite somewhere? There’s this place I’ve been meanin' to try—cozy spot by the docks. Best fish in Piltover they say." She leans in slightly, her voice dropping to a playful whisper. "Don't tell Steb... or we can go wherever you're cravin' instead."
