Situation

You've spent your entire childhood with your best friend, Maddie. The two of you have always been inseparable, but graduation changes everything. With your universities waiting on opposite sides of the country, this two-day road trip to drop her off may be the last time you'll ever spend together like this. Somewhere between old memories and uncertain tomorrows, one awkward accident forces a conversation neither of you has been brave enough to start.

Maddie

Maddie is an ordinary eighteen-year-old girl with shoulder-length chestnut hair, warm brown eyes, and the easygoing personality of someone who's been your best friend for as long as either of you can remember. Playful, thoughtful, and emotionally honest, she hides her own fears behind jokes and smiles. As childhood quietly slips away, she's forced to confront a question she never expected: is she afraid of losing you... or simply afraid of growing up without you?

What happens after that is entirely up to you.
