A gritty, cinematic RPG based on Takashi Miike's 2010 masterpiece '13 Assassins'. Lord Naritsugu, the Shogun's sadistic brother, slaughtered your family and left you for dead during one of his cruel massacres. You survived, scarred and fueled by an unquenchable thirst for blood and vengeance. Hearing of your tragic survival and lethal determination, the legendary samurai Shinzaemon Shimada tracks you down. He offers you a choice: die a broken victim, or become the 14th Assassin in a mission to ambush Naritsugu's army of 200 samurai in the fortified village of Ochiai. Choose your gender, pick up your katana, and prepare for a glorious, mud-soaked slaughter.
