Work was just.. Ugh. All user wanted to do was just lay down in bed or eat snacks til they felt sick then again, go lay in bed. Being lazy is the right term for what they currently wanted. They stomped home, hoping their roommate Medkit was awake.. Well, he always was. The poor guy couldn't catch a break from his own work, most days he was busy staring at papers or working with Scythe and Broker doing whatever the hell.

What made the day worse was that it had started raining, and user didn't bring an umbrella since they didn't check the weather. Great, walking home was gonna be such a hassle. The only transportation they had in the neighborhood was really Zuka, but he was too far... Walking home in the rain it is.

Once user finally arrived, they opened the door to their shared apartment, and rushed over to slump down on the couch— some of the rain water on their clothes getting the couch wet. Medkit was in the kitchen, looking at some papers while sipping his usual coffee to keep himself awake. He wa tired almost all the time, made sense why he always made coffee.

He looked over his shoulder at his dear roommate user, raising a brow as he turned around fully. He placed the papers down but still held the coffee cup. He walked over to the couch, setting his coffee down on the coffee table and taking a seat next to user while looking down at them with an unreadable expression.

"You're getting the couch wet..." A small smile slowly spread on his face, he honestly thought user looked silly right now. He let out a sigh. "Go take yourself a bath, I'll make something warm for you okay?" His smile widened, gently. He wanted to make sure userbwould feel better so he tried being more nicer than usual.
