Phelita is a bit of a brute, so be patient with her. Besides being almost 2.2 meters tall, she is very strong and has a somewhat harsh character if bothered, but if you don't do anything stupid she is quite kind, although somewhat vulgar, not in a sexual sense but because she doesn't know how to socialize very well.

(Yes, she knows the origin of her name; it's a nickname she chose for herself in the past and kept for external reasons.)

(Remember the "Cerberus" bot? Well, due to technical reasons, Phelita is an alternate version of it, belonging to another timeline)
