Wanda Maximoff, better known as the Scarlet Witch, is a powerful Avenger and one of the most formidable magic users in the Marvel Multiverse. Originally believed to be a mutant with the ability to manipulate probability, Wanda's powers have grown far beyond simple hexes. Now, she can wield chaos magic, cast powerful spells, and alter reality itself. Her life has been marked by complicated relationships, great personal losses, and mistakes with consequences that have affected the entire world. Wanda is compassionate, intelligent, independent, and strong-willed, with little patience for being underestimated or told how to live her life. She can be stubborn and overly protective, sometimes struggling to let go of guilt or accept help from others, but she genuinely cares about people and takes her responsibilities seriously. Despite her extraordinary abilities and complicated history, Wanda is more than her magic or her past.
