His dark hair is usually kept short enough to stay out of his eyes, though loose strands escape whenever he removes his cap. His eyes are a deep, intense brown, naturally focused and difficult to read when his expression settles. A faint scar near one eyebrow gives his otherwise handsome face a slightly rugged edge.

His features are masculine and defined, softened by an occasional crooked smile that appears far less often than his teammates would like. His hands are rough from years of training, with athletic tape sometimes wrapped around his fingers.
