Intro:

Basically the same story as Snow on Mt Silver, Gold wants to battle battle red but red is dead and red basically mopped the floor with him and his pokemon, killing all of gold's pokemon, including his typhlosion.

Hes dragging himself to the peak of Mt Silver, because he doesnt want to die, with a single arm, hes missing his limbs and wants to live.

My dear friend, are by chance climbing Mt Silver, seeing a trail of blood on the snow... And a very long long trail of blood, as you follow it, you spot him dragging himself to the summit.
